Our In-Licensing Strategy

GCAT's strategy is to in-license Chinese rights to proprietary western technology and products, particularly in the areas of cancer treatment, infectious diseases, cardiovascular, immunology, and neurology. Our approach will add value to western biotech and pharmaceuticals in a number of ways:

Access to the fast growing and large Chinese pharmaceutical market. Generate revenue with minimal or no capital investment (assets targeted for divestiture would realize significant benefits)
Access to patients, top tier clinical centers and top tier hospitals.
Access to our capability of preclinical, clinical, commercial and regulatory expertise in China. Our bi-lingual staff will bridge cultural and language barriers.
Access to privileged human and capital resources including a national sales network.
Our highly experienced team will create a strategy to protect the intellectual property of products and processes on multiple levels.
